    This country was built on Real Estate. Building material, lawn grooming, house cleaning, furniture. All of these industries developed because of real estate and are still here today. In some instances housing cost become too high and people had to leave their homes. Foreclosure occurs and so does growth. In the last housing crisis many people had their houses foreclosed on. And the housing industry still has not come back. Banks foreclosed and to a large degree have not put those houses back on the market. Listing REO's does just that. Listing and selling REO's gives the bank/government agencies back the money they lost in the foreclosure. It creates jobs Lawn maintenance, home repairs and real estate agents. And that is what we are doing here building OPPS 4 VETS real estate businesses through selling gov/bank foreclosures. if your a real estate agent or asset manager or related industry in real estate or gov contracting get in touch with me.       How does conpanies who work within those field get match with companies that have those services and are looking for SDVOSB. THere are veterans that are ready and awaiting to put their skillset in these arena to put them to work.

    The Real estate economy is in an interesting place. We have a shortage of housing due to a lack of land and Labor in the populated metropolitan areas. In other words we have a lack of inventory due to prosperity in the real estate industry. Commercial Banks are seeing the value in disposing of their REO’s they have been holding on their books. While Government Agencies are seeing their foreclosure portfolios increase. These are primarily government Insured loans being given to people down the economic ladder who really can’t afford them. This situation provides opportunity for Commercial Banks, Asset Management firms and Government Agency REO disposal Platforms to dispose of bad real estate loans and to use the proceeds in more profitable endeavors or replace funds back to the government to make new and better home loans.

    Providing Listing and Sales service to the OPPS 4 Vets community of Commercial Banking, Asset Management and Government Agency REO disposal Platforms and their friends is what my firm is doing. This brings opportunity to our group member’s real estate agents and outside veteran real estate agents across the country. It’s about making connections with-in the OPPS 4 Vets community for our benefit and bringing that opportunity to the greater veteran community across the country.

    I seek referrals and direct business from OPPS 4 VETS member Commercial Banking, Asset Management and Government Agency contracted REO disposal Platforms and their friends. I pay referral fees on all closed deals through my Broker or Law firm at closing.

    REFERRALS:
    A referral is an introduction of an OPPS 4 Vets Real Estate Agent to Employees/Executives of Asset Management firms, Commercial Banks and Agency contracted REO disposal platforms that have the ability to provide Listings in blocks of 10-15 if possible, or individual listings.

    Our REO group is not interested in just signing up with Asset Managers/Commercial Banks platforms to be approved for maybe one REO listing provided to them over many months or years. The idea of this opportunity is to build the businesses of both the OPPS 4 VETS member Real Estate Agents, Asset Managers/Commercial Bank and Agency REO disposal platforms of OPPS 4 VETS members and friends.


    We will seek OPPS 4 Vets real estate agents immediately as opportunities grow [one agent per State]. In addition, I will bring in veteran real estate agents into OPPS 4 Vets to apply for membership if current OPPS 4 VETS members cannot provide the initial fifty agents needed.
